Rush Hockey fits around your students. The informal nature of the game means players can get their hockey fix at times to suit them - it does not have to be the same players each week. With only a few simple rules which are easy to pick up, Rush Hockey aims to get people playing quickly.

Rush Hockey can support your college or sixth form to promote health and wellbeing to students and staff in a number of ways:

  • Add to your student experience! Smaller teams = a great work out. Many players tell us they prefer it to the gym

  • The pop-up, pop-down nature of Rush Hockey means that games can be set up whenever your students have a spare 20 minutes to play
  • The use of student activators to promote and deliver sessions supports the development of your students in terms of employability by providing them with organisational and leadership skills
