We need you

TAP
The biggest challenge to hockey development in West Africa is a huge lack of equipment. It is not uncommon for players not to have their own sticks and teachers regularly have to deliver to classes of 40+ children with less than 10 useable sticks!

This is where we hope you can help.

- With the support of Barrington Sports, England Hockey are asking the hockey family to donate any unwanted hockey sticks, shin pads and goal keeping equipment to Africa.
- Please like our Facebook Page and use #HockeyKit4TheWorld on Twitter and Instagram.

Are you treating yourself to a new stick this season?
How many sticks do you have tucked away in the garage?
Has your child outgrown another stick?
Why not give your stick a new life and give someone else the opportunity to play.

- At every England Hockey event (including the Unibet European Championships 2015) there will be donation buckets situated outside the England Hockey Shop so bring your old sticks along.
- If your club or school think that you could organise your own collection for a number of sticks, please contact Lucy Rowe to discuss logistics lucy.rowe@englandhockey.co.uk
