Do I need to be a coach to deliver fun games or does a club need to increase the number of qualified coaches?
If you are looking to offer small-sided games to adult players as a way to provide a great player experience, you do not necessarily need a qualified coach to lead this.  

A player or club volunteer, who can provide a positive and encouraging experience and facilitate the delivery of small-sided games, will provide a great environment. 

Who can deliver coached sessions?
England Hockey recommends that no coach except those at UKCC Level 2/EH Sessional Coach/EH Coach level, or above, should deliver coached sessions independently. 

For coaches who, in extreme circumstances, need to lead sessions but are not yet qualified appropriately, the following should be in place to ensure a safe and engaging sessions:
