***Due to Covid-19 the Summer Champs 2020 have been cancelled. We will look to resume Summer activity in 2021. The details below relate to 2020 but hopefully give you a picture of the competitions we offer.***
Vitality Back To Hockey Summer 6s Festivals (6-a-side)

Who? – Aimed at players making their way back to the sport. Those that attend Vitality Back to Hockey sessions, players that are new to training, returning from an extended period away or family members that may want to give it a go. No matter your level, these festivals provide an opportunity for you to play against like-minded players.

What? – 6-a-side without GKs, played on a third of a pitch. These festivals are fun, friendly and sociable. The rules are simple to understand and the taking part is what matters most. We hope this provides a little competitive element to round off your summer of getting back into hockey.

Where? – To be hosted by hockey clubs partaking in the Vitality Back to Hockey programme. We aim to have a good geographical spread across the country to keep your travel to a minimum. As clubs come on board and are confirmed as hosts, we’ll update this page with location details.

When? – To be confirmed by host venues. It is important that they can host at a suitable time for their programme. The greater flexibility of dates this year means you could enter at multiple locations (should you have more than one host in your area). As hosts are confirmed, we’ll update this page with details of dates and provisional times.

How much will it cost? – Entry fees are to be confirmed by each host venue with a maximum cap of £40.00. Once finalised details will be included alongside venues and dates.

What should we do next? – The festivals will be organised by England Hockey’s Area Championship Coordinators. If you have any questions, would like to find out more or register your interest in the Back To Hockey Summer 6s Festivals, then please contact them using the details below.
