Volunteering

Hooray....it’s 2012 at last and the EHB Hockey Nation activities and events are well underway. Now we start to up the energy levels, up the excitement, up the motivation.

The BIG recruit for the people who make hockey happen is well underway. The first event is the Maxifuel Super Sixes Finals which is being held at the Wembley Arena on Sunday the 29th January.  We are delighted to say that the interest in the event was fantastic and it was over-subscribed within just one week of launching. The Hockey Maker Team will be almost 100 strong, they come from right across England and range in age from 18 to 65 and some!

There are going to be more than 1500 exciting opportunities for volunteers who want to help ‘make hockey happen’ throughout 2012. This is going to be no ordinary year! We are all looking forward to seeing hockey move up the ladder and for the sport to grow and grow. Come and help us make it happen...
