England men and women will compete in the third season of the FIH Hockey Pro League in May and June 2022.

Unfortunately, planned visits by Australia and New Zealand have been cancelled following the withdrawal from both nations from the league for 2022 due to travel restrictions. India and Spain have joined the women's league, with their fixtures against England still TBC, while official confirmation on replacement teams in the men's league is still yet to be made.

Europe’s powerhouses are still coming to town next summer though as England face The Netherlands on 4-5 June and Belgium on 18-19 June. Every session will be a double header with two matches included in one ticket, one men’s and one women’s.

If there is sufficient demand for the fixtures against the Dutch, England Hockey and Harlequins will seek to host the matches at the Twickenham Stoop Stadium. Learn more here.

Here are the confirmed fixtures as things stand:

  • Spain v England (M) - 4-5 February 2022
  • Argentina v England (M+W) - 19-20 February 2022
  • India v England (M+W) - 2-3 April 2022
  • USA v England (W) - 23-24 April 2022
  • Germany v England (M+W) - 30 April - 1 May 2022
  • Spain v England (W) - 28-29 May 2022
  • England v The Netherlands (M+W) - 4-5 June 2022
  • England v Belgium (M+W) - 18-19 June 2022

The final two sets of home fixtures for England's men and women will be confirmed once all the replacement teams are announced.
