Men's Cup Round Three Draw

Beeston, Men's Cup Winners 2011-2012

Cup holders and Premier Division leaders Beeston face a tricky tie against Bowdon in round three of the Men's Cup. It will be a re-run of the classic 2008 final when Beeston, the 2011-2012 Harvester Club of the Season, took the title for the first time, overcoming the Cheshire side with a stunning 4-3 victory.

Last season’s runners up Hampstead & Westminster, who also ply their trade in the Men's Hockey League Premier Division, travel to Conference opposition and face University of Birmingham.

In the only all-Premier Division tie of the round, Cannock will travel to Canterbury.

There will be plenty of opportunity for some of hockey's lesser known names to progress to the last 16 with five pairings of non-Men's Hockey League sides and a further six potential giant killings in the offing where lower league opposition meet Men's Hockey League teams.
