Counties (sub-Area in London) are defined by local geography and deliver a range of activity including local school and club competition and representative hockey at junior and Masters level.
Counties are represented at Area level on the Junior League and Competition Committee. They are voting members of both England Hockey and their respective Area.

County Standing Committee (CSC)
The CSC is a collective group of counties that meet regularly to discuss hockey delivery within the counties and London sub-Area and provide advice to England Hockey. Membership is refreshed regularly. A Performance sub-committee that reports direct to the CSC is responsible for overseeing Performance activity in the counties and London sub-Area.
