As part of National School Sports Week, England Hockey is pleased to announce that Tuesday 25th June will be Schools Day at the Investec World League. To give as many schools and young people the experience of watching top quality international hockey, we are pleased to announce the following ticket offer:

• Mini games on our 2 inflatable pitches

• Watch how each international team prepares on the warm up pitch

There will be a range of fun competitions and games for young hockey fans to take part in; from spot the cuddly toy zebra’s around the venue, to designing a stick to win a stick with their design on.  England Hockey temporary tattoos will be available to collect from the England Hockey stand to pledge your support to the team, as well as In The D wristwatches, plus many more freebies to take away from the day!

In addition to the off-pitch entertainment, the action on the pitch is set to be breathtaking.  The schedule for the day is as follows:

England will be the favourites in their evening clash against a Spanish team ranked 15th in the world. Spain entered the tournament in Round 2 and qualified in second place on home turf, in Valencia thanks to a 5-3 win over Belarus. Watch out for Spanish player Lola Riera who scored a hatric in the game. The timing of the match makes it the perfect fixture to come along to after work, grab a few drinks and enjoy the hockey with your work colleagues or friends.
