England are into the crossover stage of the Odisha Hockey Men's World Cup, and their next fixture has been confirmed as:

England vs New Zealand
Monday 10 December
11:15am UK time

The event is now into its knockout phase, and the winner of our game will face Olympic Champions Argentina in the quarter finals on Wednesday 12 December.

This will be the first time England have faced New Zealand since the 2014 Commonwealth games, when England won 4-2 on a shootout to earn the bronze medal in Glasgow.

The two sides have met three times in World Cups, with England winning all three in 2006, 1986 and 1973.

All games from this event are live on BT Sport, with highlights following on both the BBC Sport website and FIH YouTube channel.

The next time many of these players will come face-to-face is at the Twickenham Stoop in June 2019, when Great Britain take on NZ in a double header in the FIH Pro League. A ticket to watch both games is priced from just £11.50 for children and £34 for adults - click here to buy now.
