Sky Sports' expert analysis

Sky Sports will have several guest experts during their World Cup coverage

Sky Sports' Natalie Pinkham will host the World Cup coverage with a host of esteemed guests to offer analysis on the day's games.

Natalie will be joined by six great experts over the course of the World Cup, all of whom have international experience and will be there to give an extra level to Sky Sports' coverage of these games. The experts are:

  • Glenn Kirkham – Glenn is a double GB Olympian in 2004 and 2008 and won gold at the European Championships in 2009. He made 223 appearances for England & GB and currently plays for East Grinstead.
  • Richard Mantell – Richard was a GB Olympian in Beijing and won gold at the European Championships in 2009. He made over 160 appearances for England & GB and currently plays for Reading.
  • Kwan Browne – Won England Hockey High Performance Coach of the Season 2012-2013 and has 286 International caps for Trinidad and Tobago. Kwan is currently the England U21 Assistant Coach and Head Coach at Canterbury.
  • Helen Richardson-Walsh – Triple GB Olympian in 2000, 2008 and London 2012, where she won Bronze with team GB. Helen has made 249 appearances for England and GB, including 3 World Cup appearances.
  • Chloe Rogers – Chloe is a double Olympian (in 2008 and 2012), winning Bronze at the London games alongside fellow studio guest Helen Richardson-Walsh. She also won Bronze at the 2010 World Cup, holds two Commonwealth Games Bronze medals and had 162 caps.
  • Mel Clewlow – Mel is a double Olympian, who played for Great Britain in the Sydney and Athens games. She won two Silver medals and one Bronze at the Commonwealth Games, has 264 caps and currently plays for Canterbury.

Sky Sports will provide viewers with the latest innovation and analysis tools with the use of the SkyPad in the studio. Used throughout most of Sky’s sports coverage, the SkyPad helps studio experts analyse the sport of hockey and the day’s play. There will also be a bespoke “Skills Zone” for the experts to demonstrate the key disciplines in the sport and provide an enhanced viewing experience.
