Mixed Knockout deadline approaching

Mixed Knockout 2016

Everyone dreams of treading on the hallowed turf of the national stadium and hockey players are no different. The Road to Lee Valley is one full of highs and lows but the reward of stepping onto the turf that the likes of Barry Middleton, Kate Richardson-Walsh, Ashley Jackson and Alex Danson have wowed the crowds on is worth the sacrifices on the way.

Many of the knockout competitions are in full swing, but there is one more that you can still enter and start your journey to the home of hockey in this country. Entries for the Mixed Knockout are still open but will close at 1159pm this coming Sunday.

The mixed knockout is a unique and exciting competition which no other sport can rival. What could be better than standing shoulder to shoulder with men and women battling to get the club they love over the line for a chance at glory at the place where hockey history happens?

The finals weekend itself is a festival of hockey with all the teams striking the right blend of competition and fun, promoting a work hard play hard kind of atmosphere.

Last year Sevenoaks came out on top in the Plate Final whilst Banbury took home the Trophy honours.

It truly is a weekend not to be missed, but as a wise man once said, you have to be in it to win it. So, enter here. You don’t have long left!
