Auld Enemies Clash Again

England go toe to toe with Scotland again this weekend at the Lagoon Centre in Paisley in their final international indoor matches before Christmas.

Both the men’s and women’s teams are travelling north of the border where the women will hope to build on their victory over Scotland at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham last week.  The men meanwhile will be keen to overturn their 7-3 defeat at the hands of a Niall Stott-inspired Scotland team.

England’s women welcome four new faces to replace Jo Ellis, Susie Gilbert, Chloe Rogers and Kerry Williams who are all away on Great Britain duty in Argentina.  Sarah Haycroft, Lauren Turner, Georgie Twigg and Hollie Webb, all of whom are still shy of their 20th birthdays, will make their senior indoor international debuts in Scotland.
