The U16 final was a battle of the Roses and it was Arnold School from Lancashire who came out on top with a second final defeat of the tournament for Wakefield. There was a great pedigree to the game with many of the Arnold side having won the U14 title two years ago whilst Wakefield were reigning U16 champions. Arnold's captain Emily Adams scored the only goal of the game to leave the Red Rose victorious. The goal was the first Wakefield had conceded in the U16 finals for a minute short of six hours over the past two seasons. In the 3-4 Play-off St Georges College beat Bromsgrove 4-1.
