With hockey clubs and associations growing all the time and moving towards more professional structures it is imperative that the correct agreements and processes are in place when a coach, manager or any sort of administrator is appointed. 

In conjunction with its professional advisors, England Hockey has put together a number of resources and templates designed to provide the relevant guidance. These will help identify that a role is genuinely self employed and provide some protection to clubs and associations in the case of HMRC inspections.
