England Hockey Invitation to Tender for League and Club Management Systems

England Hockey Invitation to Tender for League and Club Management Systems

England Hockey has developed an Approved Provider Scheme for the provision of technology used by Clubs and Leagues. England Hockey intends to contract with a range of solution providers, grant Approved Provider Status and encourage Clubs and Leagues to choose a solution that works for them from the list of Approved Providers. This partnership approach follows extensive consultation with Clubs, Leagues, Players and Suppliers in the market.

The hockey playing market is highly structured and organised yet full of bespoke needs club by club, county by county and region by region. This makes the partnership approach highly relevant in hockey, one size does not fit all. Technology will increasingly underpin the effective delivery of hockey, particularly as a new generation of hockey players and deliverers come through. England Hockey is seeking to improve the use and transfer of data to improve the customer experience, best in breed technology must be made available to them. Additionally, with growth in the playing and delivery market, a virtuous circle is created for Approved Provider growth as take up of solutions increases.

England Hockey is seeking partners who will provide solutions for one, or both of the following services:
1. Club and Team Systems – More information here.
2. League Management Systems – More information here.

Applications are required by the 30th April 2015 with presentations from prospective providers on 15th or 22nd May.
