You can find a brief round-up of each game below.

Men's O40 Tier 1
Norton 3-3 West Herts 3 (Norton won shootout 5-4)
Having finished as runners-up last year, Norton went one better this year as they were crowned champions in dramatic style after beating West Herts in a shootout. Having gone behind early on, Norton scored two goals before half-time to take the lead into the break. However their opponents then scored two of their own to hold the advantage going into the closing stages, only for Norton to equalise just before the final whistle. They then took that momentum into the shootout and emerged 5-4 victors.

Men's O50s Tier 2
Wakefield 2-1 St Albans
Some impressive defending saw Wakefield take this trophy back to Yorkshire and a goalline clearance in the dying moments saw them overcome St. Albans. Wakefield had taken an early lead, only for their Hertfordshire-based opponents to hit back shortly before half-time. Both sides created chances in the second half but it was Wakefield who scored the decisive goal before defending stoically to deny their opponents as they pushed for a late equaliser.

Women's O40 Tier 1
Harrogate 1-2 Cambridge City
In this evenly contested match it was Cambridge City who took home the trophy thanks to a well worked short corner routine. Men's O40 Tier 2
Huddersfield Dragons 2-5 Hampstead & Westminster
It has been a very successful year for Hampstead & Westminster as they added another piece of silverware to their collection with a fine win over Huddersfield Dragons.
