Local variations to England Hockey Return to Play guidance

England Hockey's Futures Cup
England Hockey is following government advice in terms of the steps taken to returning to play. However in some territories there may be variations to the general national advice due to different local government structures.

This is now the case on the Isle of Man where Covid-19 cases are now minimal, borders are closed and therefore social distancing measures have been relaxed. The Isle of Man government has given permission for sport to resume and so normal hockey activities are now in a position to start.

Howden's (the EH insurer) have confirmed that these variations are acceptable for their policy holders - see www.ps-hockey.co.uk.

England Hockey strongly recommends that good hygiene practices remain in place as per the guidance.

The same expectations will apply to other areas when local government rules allow (for example the Channel Islands).
