Harry Martin

Having played internationally more than 200 times by the age of just 26, Harry is in line to become one of the most capped England and Great Britain players of all time.

He was just 17 when he made his international debut before appearing at the London Olympics the following year and, despite being the only teenager in the squad, played a vital part as GB narrowly missed out on a medal. So impressive were his performances that year that Harry was also shortlisted for the 2012 FIH World Young Player of the Year award.

Since then he has barely missed a game and has become a key component of the team with his exceptional work rate across the pitch, consistently producing excellent performances and providing plenty of flair and impetus in attack.

His sister Hannah is also a star of the women’s team and she says Harry has been one of the biggest inspirations in her career so far.
