Offered weekly to teams, with paid coaching provided.

Day: varies by team (weeknights)

Times: varies by team (7-830pm or 830-10pm).

Venue: varies by team (Lee Valley or Mile End).

Other: Included within membership. Maximum of first 3 sessions are free, after which subs are payable.

Open/ come and try session

Allocation day usually late August/ early September. Trainings are open for first 3 sessions as above.
