Can my club/association Welfare Officer/DBS Verifier do my status check?

No. All status checks must be performed centrally through England Hockey’s Ethics and Welfare Team. However, they can verify your ID. Once they have done this, a copy of the DBS Update Service ID Verification Form will need to be sent to England Hockey. This can be posted to us at DBS Coordinator, England Hockey, Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1RR or by emailing it to safeguarding@englandhockey.co.uk.
