What structure would the Area Officiating Committee have?

Each Area Officiating Committee will have a set of core roles, that are standardised across the country. These are:

  • Appointments Lead
  • Development Lead
  • Club Liaison Lead
  • Young Umpire Lead
  • Area Technical Officiating Lead

These roles have been filled initially via an Expression of Interest process, with remuneration committees within each Area working through a fair and transparent process for recruitment. EHO members will be able to vote on who fills these positions from the inaugural EHO AGM’s at Area Level during 2021.
