🏑CHELTENHAM HC: CLUB COACHING OPPORTUNITY🏑

CHC is recruiting a Women's Performance Coach for the 2026/27 season.

We're looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable and enthusiastic coach to help drive the development of our Women's Performance Programme, working with players across our 1st and 2nd XI squads.

The successful candidate will:

✅ Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions

✅ Support player and team development

✅ Work closely with our existing coaching team

✅ Contribute to matchday coaching and performance analysis

✅ Help shape the future direction of women's performance hockey at CHC

The role and coaching structure will be tailored to the experience and strengths of the successful applicant, with opportunities for either a lead or supporting coaching position within the performance programme.
