Could you help shape the next generation of international hockey players?

England Hockey is looking for an enthusiastic, inspirational and highly skilled Assistant Coach to join the England U16 Boys coaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the country’s most talented young players, supporting their development towards the GB Elite Development Programme, England U21 and senior international hockey.

We’re looking for a coach who can:

  • Bring outstanding technical and tactical knowledge to a talent development environment
  • Inspire, challenge and empower young players
  • Build strong relationships across clubs, schools and Talent Academies
  • Understand the demands of international junior hockey
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary England coaching team
