Women's 3rd XI Coach / Coaching Support

Description:

Harrow Hockey Club is a friendly, ambitious club currently looking for enthusiastic coaching support for our Adult Women’s 3rd XI (W3) this season.  Our entire Women's section trains on Wednesday nights, you will be stepping into a buzzing, vibrant club atmosphere where our coaches and captains support one another. As we finalize our coaching structure, we are open to speaking with individuals who are looking to step into a Lead Coach role, as well as those who simply want to assist and help run Wednesday night sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of weekly training sessions (Wednesdays, 19:30 - 21:30).
Work with the team captains to run drills, improve core skills, and facilitate gameplay.
Note: The exact responsibilities can be tailored to the candidate's experience—whether that means leading the session entirely or acting as a support coach.

The Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about grassroots hockey and player development.
Happy to collaborate with captains and other club coaches.
Qualifications are a bonus, but we are very open to experienced players looking to gain coaching experience.
