England Hockey is seeking an exceptional Head of Performance & Talent Coach Development to lead the design and delivery of our coach development strategy across the GB and England performance pathway. Working at the heart of elite sport, you'll shape the future of coaching, develop outstanding talent, build succession pipelines, and help drive sustained international success.

We're looking for someone with significant experience in high-performance sport, a proven track record of developing coaches and/or athletes, and the ability to influence and inspire across complex performance environments.

📍 Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre (Hybrid)
💰 £60,000 per annum + company car
⏰ Full-time (part-time considered)
