Men’s 1st Team / Performance Coach. 

Leighton Buzzard Hockey Club is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious coach to lead our Men’s 1st / Performance squad. 

The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging training sessions, develop players’ technical and tactical abilities, and help build a competitive team with a strong culture and clear ambitions.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver weekly training sessions on a Wednesday evening. 
• Prepare the team for league matches and competitions.
• Develop individual players and overall team performance.
• Work closely with the team captain to build a positive, committed and competitive environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hockey knowledge, coaching experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing players.
• Senior club coaching experience and recognised coaching qualifications are desirable.
