Senior Women Head Coach

Lead one of world hockey’s most ambitious programmes to the Los Angeles Olympics and beyond.
We’re looking for an inspirational Head Coach to take charge of the Great Britain and England Women’s programme. You’ll build a high-performance culture, develop exceptional athletes and people, and deliver medals at Olympic Games, World Cups and major championships.
The role
- Lead the preparation, selection and performance of the GB and England Women’s teams
- Work with the Performance Director and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an integrated performance strategy
- Build partnerships across England Hockey, GB Hockey, Hockey Wales and Scottish Hockey
You’ll bring
- Proven success leading high-performance programmes at World Championship and/or Olympic level
- Exceptional technical and tactical understanding of the international game
- Inspiring leadership, strong judgement and the resilience to thrive under pressure
- A holistic, athlete-centred approach to developing people and teams
- Relevant high-performance coaching qualifications
