Want to help shape the next generation of hockey talent?

England Hockey is recruiting an ambitious, inspiring coach to join the coaching team at our NW Talent Academy, working with the highest-potential boys and girls aged 15–18. You'll deliver high-quality pitch sessions, support trials and player development, and help build a competitive, safe, and inclusive training environment.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum EH Coach equivalent qualification
  • Experience coaching in an intensive, competitive environment
  • Strong communication skills across coaches, players, and parents
  • A genuine commitment to player welfare and safeguarding
