Talent System Administrator (Part-Time, Fixed Term)

Are you highly organised, data-savvy, and passionate about supporting the development of young talent in sport? Join England Hockey and play a key role in delivering our ambitious Talent Strategy.

We're looking for a proactive administrator to support our Talent Academies, Talent Certification programme, and talent systems. You'll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating programmes, managing data and reporting, supporting stakeholders, and helping ensure a first-class experience for clubs, coaches, players, and volunteers across the country.

📍 Flexible location with some UK based travel including to Bisham Abbey
⏰ Part-time (21-24.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern)
💷 £24,000 pro rata
📅 Fixed-term until August 2026
