Player/Coach required for Menís 1st Team squads

Brighton and Hove Hockey Club (Men) qualified from the highly competitive East Conference of the National League for the new Division 1 of the National League.
All sections of the club are seeking to build on the improvement of recent years and the club has a long term strategy to build towards a sustainable future through investment in its youth section.
The club seeks a player or players with the experience to make a significant contribution on the field of play. An additional (and possibly linked) role involves coaching junior teams (250 members). Full support in the role is provided and you will be working alongside an experienced FIH Coach.
The role would particularly suit a player who is looking to move into a career in coaching and wishes to learn coaching skills to put alongside hockey knowledge gained at the highest level.

Club/Organisation: Brighton and Hove Hockey club

Play for the M1 team and possibly coach junior teams. (Commencing September 2019)

Proven playing track record as a player (probably a forward or central defender).
Qualified or aspiring coach.

Applicants are advised that the M1s train on a Tuesday and Thursday evening (7.30-9.00) and play home matches at Blatchington Mill
Junior Training is on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5.30-7.30pm.
