Broxbourne HC Head of Women's Coaching

Broxbourne hockey club are looking to recruit an experienced individual to be our Ladies Head Coach. We have five ladies teams with the focus being on the Ladies 1XI & 2XI and then supporting a wider club development strategy. The Ladies 1XI squad are in the East Premier League and the Ladies 2XI have just been promoted as champions into the East 1S League. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver an engaging and high quality midweek coaching session usually Wednesdays between 19.30-22.00 latest
Attend pre-season and match day games for the Ladies 1s and, where possible, the Ladies 2s, providing strategic support and guidance.
Offer constructive feedback to the squad and individual players to aid their development, including clear de-briefs on training sessions and game performance.
Work closely with the Ladies 1s and 2s captains to ensure accurate team selections, fostering a cohesive and competitive team atmosphere.
Contribute to the overall club development strategy
