A programme providing regular contact time on a regional and central basis, incorporating technical and tactical input alongside education in lifestyle management, strength and conditioning, nutrition, psychology and injury management. All of which form the basis of the holistic environment of our developing players. The National Age Group Head Coach will be responsible for: • Leading the National Age Group Activity, including selection of players (Approx. 42 days) • Leading a National Age Group Academy Centre (NAGs Academy Centre) (Approx. 15 days) • Working as a lead coach at AASE and Sainsbury School Games (Approx.16 days) In addition, the National Age Group Head Coach will be expected to attend National Age Group Head Coach meetings (up to 3 days) and Continuous Professional Development opportunities (up to 3 days). These days will be remunerated at the agreed daily rate.
