DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME AND ENGLAND U21 The Development Programme is an integral part of England and Great Britainís talent development strategy, designed to accelerate and deepen the development of our future elite level players. Through regular, high quality contact with the right athletes, the programme aims to deliver a greater depth and quality of players (with the potential to be world-leading) to senior programmes. In addition, with the Junior World Cup in November/December 2016 there is an important period of preparation and development in which this coach will play a critical role in England U21 preparations.
