Women’s First Team Coach

UCL Women’s Hockey Club is seeking an enthusiastic and committed coach to lead our first team’s training and support the team at Wednesday BUCS matches.

We are looking for someone who can deliver engaging, structured sessions, develop players’ technical and tactical skills, and create a positive, supportive team environment.

Pay: £40 per hour.

Training: Mondays at Clarion School (Brent Cross), usually 6–8pm. Once every four weeks, training runs from 5–7pm instead.

Matches: Attendance at Wednesday home and away fixtures is required. Home matches take place at Southgate HC; away locations vary. Travel costs are not reimbursed.

Requirements:

• Level 2 hockey coaching qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and an encouraging coaching approach.
• Availability for Monday training and Wednesday fixtures.
• A commitment to player development and competitive university hockey.
