Here are the simple Rush Hockey rules, along with guidelines to help create an enjoyable session

Rush Hockey has arrived in secondary schools!
If your students just want to play games, Rush Hockey is for you. It is five-a-side and can be played indoors or outdoors. Schools love playing Rush Hockey at lunchtime or after school because it is simple to set up and play. The bigger, lighter ball is easier to control and smaller goals mean there is no need for goalkeepers.

Rush Hockey is made up of a few simple rules which are easy to pick up and aims to get people playing quickly. They are enclosed within our guidance for delivering Rush Hockey in secondary schools, which can be downloaded from the side of this page.

Equipment to play Rush Hockey is available from our shop HERE. To allow best value for schools you can use Quickstick and In2Hockey sticks, with the bigger, lighter Quicksticks balls that can beused on any surface. Players who are new to the game have told us they are easier to control and less intimidating than traditional hockey balls.

The smaller lightweight, compact and portable multi functional goal from, incorporates a patented flexi post design. This goal can be assembled and dismantled in less than 2 minutes and folds down to store in a carry bag measuring 1000mm x 300mm x 150mm.
