On Saturday 19 May hockey lovers from across the country will gather to celebrate the achievements of volunteers, umpires, coaches and players over the past year at the England Hockey Awards Dinner 2018.

Last year's event moved to the Athena in Leicester and was bigger than ever before. The dinner saw 13 awards in total handed out, including the four Performance Player trophies. Some awards were adapted from previous years to make them more inclusive and you can find the award criteria here.

The 2018 nominees have been announced, you can read more about who made it here.

This year we would like you to 'Give the Gift of Hockey' bring any old hockey sticks, shows, clothes or equipment as an accessory to donate to TAPs West Africa project.
