Back to Hockey for Women

Back to Socialising
If you are new to the sport or have not played for a while, our Back to Hockey coaches will gently guide you through this series of fun and friendly sessions.
You will be welcomed back to the game by getting involved with a mixture of skills exercises and small-sided game play (e.g. 5v5 or 6v6). However the emphasis is on creating a friendly and relaxed environment without the pressure to perform.

It is also an opportunity to get fitter, as each Back to Hockey sessions burns up to 450 calories. Along the way you will also make new friends and some sites even hold their own socials for that well-deserved cup of tea and cake after a session.
