What will happen to money currently within County HUAs?

This is down to the membership and constitution currently operated within each County HUA. For most, they have a clause to allow funds to go to a successor body and if this is agreed by the membership, then funds will be transferred to the relevant Area Officiating Committee and ring-fenced for the sole purposes of developing Officials.
