The Reset Password option on Hockey Hub does not seem to work.

Unfortunately, some email systems block the automated email that is sent to you with a temporary password (as it is generated by a system).  In order to get the temporary password you have generated sent to you, just email umpiring@englandhockey.co.uk and it can then be sent direct to you.
