Are you ready to lead a talented and ambitious women’s squad to new heights? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Ladies 1st Team Coach to join Clitheroe Blackburn Northern Hockey Club as our Ladies 1st team begins life in North Division 1 following a recent promotion.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a competitive and close-knit club that values player development, teamwork, and progression.

About the Role

As Ladies 1st Team Coach, you will Lead and deliver high-quality coaching sessions during the week

Work with the team on matchdays to support performance and tactical development
Inspire, challenge, and support players to perform at a high level
Work closely with club leadership to align coaching with our development pathway

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a coach who is Confident in delivering structured, progressive training

Passionate about supporting player development at all levels
Organised, motivated, and able to bring positive energy to the squad
Ideally experienced at club, university, or regional level
