England Hockey believes that all young people have the right to be safe and enjoy their involvement in hockey and is committed to promoting the welfare of all young people in our sport to protect them from harm.

Hockey should be a fun and safe environment for all young people. All hockey clubs / organisations must have policies and procedures in place to create this environment.  If you have any concerns within hockey, please tell someone you trust. They will listen and support you.

All clubs will have a Welfare Officer, their role is to promote your welfare and act if something isn’t right.
