Gear Up Your Primary School for Hockey: Win an Equipment Pack!
Primary schools play a pivotal role in introducing hockey to a wide audience of young people, often providing their first exposure to the sport. Our aim is to make hockey accessible and enjoyable for every student, encouraging participation and providing a stepping stone to further involvement in local clubs and community programmes. Therefore, we’ve taken steps to remove real and perceived barriers to delivering hockey in schools.
The Junior Hockey Framework (JHF) offers comprehensive support - including curriculum-aligned content, safe activities that don’t require shin pads and gum shields, formats, plans, training, and resources - to help teachers and school staff deliver engaging and educational hockey sessions across all age groups.
