Are you a talented, driven hockey coach interested in helping take a thriving West London club to the next level? If so, we’re interested to hear from you! 

PHC Chiswick are seeking a Coach (or Player Coach) for our Women's 1st XI, who currently play in London Prem. With a great mix of youth and experience, the team benefits from a range of players, including several who have previously competed at International level.

We have other opportunities across the club at various levels, for the 2026/27 season. 

About us:

PHC Chiswick is a well-established, vibrant, and growing London hockey club, with 5 women's and 6 men's teams competing across the London Hockey leagues, as well as having social hockey leagues running throughout the summer. We are based out of Zone 2 London - with our performance teams pitch close to White City/Shepherd’s Bush.

Founded in 1891, the club is one of the most exciting and in-demand hockey destinations in the capital, and was nominated for England Hockey’s Club of the Year award in 2017/18.

 Job Description (Women’s 1st XI)

• Work with the Club & team captains to set objectives and overall plan for the season (or seasons)
• Attend all 1st XI matches on Saturdays
• Work closely with other coaches to plan & lead great pre-season training sessions
• Plan & lead weekly training through the season, incorporating feedback from team captains
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Use of club VEO footage to analyse and feedback to players

Pay

For our Womens XI coach, we offer a salary of £6,500-£7,000 depending on experience and qualifications, with additional bonus for top 5 finish.
If you are interested in other club coaching roles, we offer competitive pay, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The position is available from July 2026 onwards, in preparation for the 2026/2027 season. There is the optional extension of covering other development teams, as interested.
