Ashford HC: Women's section coaching roles

Ashford Hockey Club in Kent is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Women's 1st/2nd XI Coach to lead our women’s programme and play a key role in the  development and future of our club. We are also looking for coaches across our ladies lower teams. 
The candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing the Women's 1st XI and 2nd XI with a focus on performance, stability, and long-term progression. This role is ideal for a coach who enjoys working within a strong club culture and is keen to contribute.
* Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions (1 x times per week) for the Women's section 
* Coach and manage the team on match days (Saturday)
* Work closely with the Women's captains to set standards, style of play, and team objectives
* Help stabilise the Women's section and attract new talent to the club
* Support the development pathway between junior and senior hockey
* Collaborate with the club committee and wider coaching team
We would expect the following:
* Holds a recognised hockey coaching qualification
* Experience coaching senior hockey
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Positive, collaborative approach aligned with club values
