- How are my player numbers calculated?
Your numbers are based on your active 2025/26 records from last season's membership process and GMS playing data. If needed, you can query your data between 10 June and 7 August 2026. Please contact clubs@englandhockey.co.uk
- What if we have entered more or fewer teams this season?
Team fees will be reviewed before final invoicing to reflect your exact league entries for 2026/27. England Hockey does not charge team fees for newly established teams.
- Why do player numbers need to be accurate?
All playing members, juniors, teens and adults must be accurate to ensure they are properly insured. Inaccurate numbers could mean some members are not covered.
- Is public liability insurance compulsory?
PLI is optional to purchase through England Hockey, but provides comprehensive cover for your club's operations, committee, workforce and members every time they step on the pitch.
- What do I need to do to receive my invoice?
You must complete your club's membership process via the England Hockey Club Portal when it opens in mid-August. Invoices cannot be raised without this step being completed.
- Can I include a purchase order number on my invoice?
Yes. If you require a purchase order number on your invoice, please ensure this is raised prior to you completing the membership process and emailed to the Finance team.
- Where can I find out more about what my membership fees fund?
The full membership impact update and details of all club and individual benefits are available on the Club Membership page.
