You will access enhanced learning around each of the areas of Self, Player, Environment and Game to stretch and develop you as a coach, and in turn support you to maximise your interactions and learning with your players.

- Get on the pitch and connect: Join other coaches from across the country and our Coach Developer Team through two face to face sessions. A chance to network, share best practices, apply your learning and build a supportive coaching community.
- Valuable feedback: Through video assessments and discussions with your tutor, you’ll receive constructive feedback on your coaching practice and session design. This will help you build confidence, refine your approach and discover new ideas to enhance your coaching delivery.

This course uses a variety of interactive learning formats to keep you engaged and supported throughout your journey. To gain your certificate, you must complete all the following elements:
- Online Learning Modules (x12): Introduce and share key content around Self, Player, Environment and Game, that will be used and applied throughout the course.
- Facilitated Online Modules (x3) 2.5 hours long: Connect with our Great Britain Tutor delivery team and coaches nationwide to explore the content of Self, Player and Environment in depth, and apply it to real-life coaching scenarios.
- On Pitch Practical Session (x2): An extra day of on the pitch learning focused on Apply all the learning on the pitch, facilitated by our Coach Developer Team
- Facilitated Conversations with a Coach Developer (x2): An extra one-to-one discussions to address individual challenges and questions at different points in the course.
- Online Portfolio: Extra assignments to fully reflect and apply the learning through the topics of Self, Player, Environment, and Game.

This course is designed for coaches aged 18 and over who deliver sessions independently and are responsible for planning and leading a hockey programme within a club / school / university / county / area / talent centre / talent academy environment.
