The workshop includes three hours of learning, made up of one hour of e-learning and a two-hour online facilitated workshop. The workshop provides an interactive learning environment where you’ll take part in small breakout room discussions, complete tasks such as watching videos and ask questions.

This course is designed for anyone aged 14 and over who is a parent helper or younger leader supporting junior hockey. It is also suitable for lead coaches or coaches delivering junior hockey sessions.
