This course provides a comprehensive learning experience totalling seven and a half hours. It combines:
- E-learning Modules & Pre-tasks (2.5 hours): You'll complete three e-learning modules and two preparatory tasks. Please note, the "Online Safeguarding" module is completed after the workshops.
- Online Facilitated Workshops (5 hours): These are delivered across two interactive sessions:
- Session One: Focuses on "Self and Player."
- Session Two: Covers "Environment and Game."
During the workshops, you'll engage in small breakout room discussions, work through tasks including watching videos, and have ample opportunity to ask questions.

This course is designed for anyone aged 16 and over who is starting out and wants to get more knowledge and understanding of coaching hockey.
