This scheme is our new, smarter approach to facility investment, designed to remove financial barriers and unlock capital to help your club think bigger about the future of your facility.

How the Fund Works and The Support You Get

This fund provides the capital you need for projects like pitch resurfacing, new clubhouses, and essential lighting upgrades. The loans are structured to be affordable and manageable for sports clubs.

We know that planning a major project can be complex. That’s why we’ve partnered with external specialists to deliver a tailored capacity-building programme—meaning you get professional, dedicated guidance at every stage.
They will help your club with:
- Business Planning: Ensuring your project is financially sustainable long-term.
- Governance: Ensure your club structure is appropriate.
- Inclusivity & Access: Support to develop your impact plans to grow participation and increase usage and engagement.
If you don't meet all the loan criteria now, the external support will work with your committee to build the necessary capacity, helping you successfully progress to the funding stage.

What to Do Next
The next introductory forum for clubs will run on the 4th March to introduce the full scope of the scheme, outline the application criteria and explain the support on offer. Details of the how to sign up will be circulated directly to clubs and will also be advertised here.
