What is the difference between the Coach Course and the Sessional Course?

The Sessional Course and the Coach Course are both suitable for people leading independent sessions.

The Coach Course is aimed at those coaches who oversee a team of coaches in the delivery of fun & engaging sessions to support players development, and who have to apply the Golden Thread to longer-term planning. (£460 - non members)

The Sessional Course is aimed at those coaches who are wanting to lead on sessions and support a lead coach with the delivery of sessions for a particular age group. (£299 - non members)
